Adding a blog roll to your blog

How to add a blog roll (kind of like a retarded friend's list (that is two adjectives and a noun, not an adjective phrase and a noun)(friends list is a live journal thing)) to blogspot.

Start from the DRAFT blogspot dashboard page(this is key, the regular dashboard does not have this feature yet)your draft dashboard log in if necessary.
Click on Layout. You may need to choose a new layout here, I think the old layouts do not support Blog Rolls.
Click on Add Page Element. Either on the side bar or the bottom
Choose the Blog Roll from the widgets list. Ta Da, you are done.
